Let us explore the British architect Lutyens’ designed city Delhi and the City of Taj Agra, both cities are a delight for lover of culture, Mughal history, fantastic food, architecture & markets with excellent shopping opportunities and proximity to other popular tourist destinations in Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh & Uttar Pradesh.
Delhi has a mixed culture of all communities and regions. Set on the Yamuna River, Delhi has its own beauty.
While Agra provides avid glimpses of Mughal architecture. Formerly the capital of the Mughal Empire, the culture and heritage still exists in the bylanes of the city alluring tourists from far ends of the globe.

DAY 1 - ARRIVE DELHI
- **** Arrive Delhi – “The Lutyens’ City & One of the Greenest Capitals in the World” and
- Transfer to the hotel (by hotel car)
- Overnight at the hotel
DAY 2 - NEW DELHI VISIT
- Breakfast at the hotel
- Today is going to be a day to mostly relax and recover from Jetlag, however, preferably in the morning, we can organize an easy going introductory tour of very well planned New Delhi including the President house, India Gate, Gandhi Smriti (Memorial), Qutab Minar and / or Humayun’s Tomb. Also drive through the diplomatic area

DAY 3 - VISIT OF OLD DELHI
- Breakfast at the hotel
- Today see Mahatma Gandhi’s memorial at Rajghat, Jama Mosque, Chandni Chowk (silver bazaar) where we shall provide a cycle rickshaw ride and the Red Fort (closed on Mondays)
- If interested, take a walk through famous Lodhi Gardens (in New Delhi) which does have some old but beautiful Mughal monuments
- Recommend: dinner at Bukhara (at Maurya Sheraton hotel)

DAY 4 - VISIT OF NEW DELHI
- Breakfast at the hotel
- If keen, can see the Akshardham temple, however, for that you need a minimum of half a day or more. Alternatively, can choose to visit Lakshmi Narayan Temple or Bahai’s Lotus Temple. Recently Delhi inaugurated its replica of 7 Wonders of the World, made out of various types of waste
- Depending upon your interest and children’s age, etc, there are some more attractions as below, but need more time to accommodate them. Delhi boasts of an International Dolls Museum & National Museum (both closed on Mondays), Madamme Tussaud’s Wax museum, etc. Besides, there are some art and theatre activities keep going on at National Gallery of Modern Art, Siri Fort Auditorium, India Habitat Centre, Mandi House area, etc

DAY 5 - DELHI – AGRA (203 km / 4 and half hrs)
- Breakfast at the hotel
- Transfer by road to Agra – “The City of Taj Mahal – One of the 7 New Wonders of World!”
- Afternoon visit the Red Fort, see the room where the builder of Taj Mahal Shahjahan was imprisoned by his own son and used to peep at his memorial of love from there in his last days!
- Visit Taj Mahal (Friday closed) at the sunset (or next morning during sunrise)
- Overnight at the hotel
DAY 6 - AGRA – DELHI (203 km / 4 and half hrs)
- Breakfast at the hotel
- Transfer back to Delhi by road or by Train**** Departure by Train**** Arrive Delhi and Transfer to the hotel

DAY 7 - DEPART DELHI

DAY 7 - AGRA – BISHANGARH (225 km / 4 & half – 5 hrs)

- Transfer by road to Bishangarh and stay at this beautifully kept secret, recently stored fort, perched atop the hill, giving you magnificent panoramic view of the villages
- En route visit the deserted capital of Akbar at Fatehpur Sikri, also a UNESCO world heritage site
- If keen, have option of seeing famous Chand Baori stepwell at Abhaneri

DAY 8 - BISHANGARH
- Breakfast at the hotel
